Delivery

All our products are dispatched with Tracked service with Royal Mail or UPS

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am – 5pm GMT and may take up to 2 working days prior to shipping.

If a product is out of stock or we have insufficient information to carry out your order, we will contact you, explaining any delay or requesting further information.

Deliveries to Scotland and the Highlands will be made by Royal Mail only.

EU customers info – Sicomtbproducts.com is IOSS registered, this means that you don’t have to pay any import duty or tax. The price you pay is the price displayed on your order confirmation

Returns

SicoMTB do not take responsibility if the shipping address is typed incorrectly therefore, please check your shipping address straight after receiving order confirmation and email us correct address. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided then we can either refund your order or send it again, however the customer will incur additional delivery charges for re sending.

Goods may be returned for refund less delivery charge, credit note or exchange if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned postage paid.

Items must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition.

We cannot except responsibility for undelivered returned parcels, please obtain proof of posting and adequate insurance for loss or damage. • Original postage fees cannot be refunded, and new postage fees will be payable for exchanges.
